The human body can get along with a surprisingly small amount of food when it needs to. It does get monotonous, but you can do it. And you will lose a lot during this period. hopeful2 be slim 121 Posted February 26, 2014 i am following the Doc's orders...she said thin milk shakes...so hardly 20 gms Protein in a day....isnt it too low. I had started soft foods..every few hrs with some Proteins....fish also as I need Omega 3... Now again my body will wonder..why no Proteins coming .. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
