I am still pre-op so I have no experience to speak of, only can go by what I have read on here, but most report a more drastic weight loss to start and then trends down Keep up the great work! onedaycloser 136 Posted February 26, 2014 Graet job...you will stall don't worry. Then you'll wonder whats going on. My weight slowed down to like 2-3 lbs a week...sometimes its less sometimes more, not sure how that happens or what I am doing to make it happen. I did start working out once I felt better but I struggle somedays with getting all my Protein in or Fluid for that matter...unless I drink my diet snapple tea (LOVE..LOVE..LOVE).
