Me too! 8 months. Ok, at least I'm not alone. I'm following the diet and exercising. It's driving me crazyyyy!

I know it may sound crazy, but try increasing your calories a little. It worked for me. I'm almost 7 months out.

No, I guess not. I was only eating around 600 and increased to 1000 now and that jump started my loss. Maybe try mixing up your exercise a little or increase the time and intensity. I try to do something different each day at the gym. Treadmill, elliptical, bike, aqua aerobics.......I try to go 5 days a week too. Doesn't always happen, but I try. ;) are you drinking enough? I have been off Protein Shakes for a few months (couldn't look at them anymore)!!! I just started adding one in daily to increase my Protein intake. My blood work showed low Iron.

Sounds like you're both doing everything right! Sometimes it's just a stall (gggrrr) and we have to wait it out!

Could always not step on the scales for a few weeks.
Stressing about the weight over and over isn’t good for you stress can make you gain weight too.
