Thanks everyone :) My best advice be would follow the plan. Mine was protein/non starchy veggie (2:1 ratio), minimum 64 ounces Water (I get between 100-150 ounces a day), 30 minutes of cardio/5 days a week. Don't beat yourself up if you fall off track. Just get back up and keep going. I haven't been perfect on this journey but I feel like the sleeve has helped me get back on track where as pre sleeve if I would have got off track I wouldn't of been able to refocus and keep going.

You look amazing and I am so happy for you!! W I UK you be able to send a break down of your monthly weigh ins or however you kept track? I'm also 5'5 and I started at 243 and I want to see how your progress went. Thanks Thanks and again great job!!!! :)

Had a sleeve in 2017, lost over 100 pounds. Had a DS surgery this year (2025) for more sustainable weight loss. 🤞

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
