Hello all again!

Hi everybody ok so I have another question pretty simple. The past five days I did liquid diet back to basics on the fifth fay I did morning a Protein Shake GNC ' s lean shake then for lunch up it to a shake and banana and dinner I had eggs with slice of cheese and a piece of toast pretty simple right. So I'm not sure if this whole "test" has tightened my pouch or not. I have been excersizing best I can 2 months out of back surgery I mean I sweat and only lost 1 lb. What's going on here? Any ideas here. Thanks.
