eating before workout in the morning?

Im wondering if i should eat before exercise in the morning. I mean I tried exercising without eating and have felt no ill effects doing that. wouldnt i be burning more calories if the body has no choice but to use what the body stored first.?

When I was doing "Body for Life" his advice was to drink a full serving of Water then workout before eating and then be sure to have Protein within 30 minutes of exercise.

Sometimes I think you have to listen to your body and just do what works for you...

Biggest part of my work out is running, so I never eat before working out for fear that my food isn't completely digested. Fearing the stomach cramping or it possibly coming back up. I'll drink Water during workouts & drink a Protein Shake afterwards. Been working for me for over a year now. But Everyone's different so Find what works for you.
