R@VEN 27 Posted February 23, 2014 I'm wondering if there are any healthy protien bars in the market that anyone suggest. I found some Adkins bars yesterday and thought they may work if only half was consumed but the reviews are not good.

thinndskies 52 Posted February 23, 2014 I'm not sure what you mean by healthy Protein Bars, but the Eat Good, Look Great bars I get at Walmart and Sam's taste good and have 20G of Protein. They have 16 grams of carbs, 2 grams of sugar and only 6 grams of fat. They taste like a very filling candy bar. I've had the chocolate Peanut Butter, the chocolate delux, but there are lots of other flavors.
Baconville 578 Posted February 23, 2014 I like Premier Protein bars. I have found them at Target. They have only 180 calories, 20 grams of Protein, 2 grams of sugar, and 4.5 grams of fat. The only flavor I have been able to find is chocolate deluxe. Fortunately, I really like them. I have one nearly every day for lunch. I especially like that I can get 20 grams of protein and only have to spend 180 calories.

Chelly 364 Posted February 24, 2014 My nutritionist recommends Pure Protein Bars as a good source of nutrition. They come in a lot of flavors and are low in sugar and high in protein. I enjoy them usually every day.
