melanndoll 92 Posted February 23, 2014 Of course a friend of mine has decided to become a beach body coach and I'm her new project! Just wondering if anyone has tried these and if they are good? I currently drink Premier Protein already made shakes in the morning as I don't get up early enough to make Breakfast. I am 4 months post lap band. I like the price and the taste of premier, but she is constantly pressuring me! It's just so much money so I was looking for an unbiased opinion!

I like shakeology....I feel like the all natural ingredients far outweigh the cost. Each coach will get basically $20ish on every person that buys a bag under them. I use to be a coach....but I stopped over a year ago and I still drink the shakeology at full price.
7 Bites_Jen 479 Posted February 24, 2014 Ask for a sample first. I have many friends that sell it and it's an amazing product BUT - some WLS people can't physically tolerate them. Also, some of the flavors are really gross like their greenberry and chocolate, LOL. But IF you can tolerate it and like the taste, yes it's worth the money, I'd say. What makes wls patients unable to tolerate it?
Dorian 683 Posted February 25, 2014 What makes wls patients unable to tolerate it? I haven't tried them but just looked it up. I could be wrong but seems like alot of carbs to me. My optimum nutrition shakes have around d 2 or 3 grams of carbs and taste awesome.
