Texasmeg 568 Posted February 24, 2014 One hardboiled egg - usually I fry it (in Pam) or have yogurt. On Sunday I had two pieces of center cut bacon - it was yummy!

one_more_time 145 Posted February 25, 2014 I bought a Ninja this summer and haven't used it since. When I move on to heavier foods I will definitely start experimenting with smoothie recipes. Really want to start juicing a bit as well to. Recently saw "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" and was totally blown away by the experiment Joe Cross did with his 60 day juice fast. Won't be fasting...but would like to incorporate fresh juices in my daily diet. Breakfast for me today will either be optisource Carmel shake or Atkins Carmel Cafe shake. Didn't like the Atkins Carmel Cafe shake at first, but they are starting to grow on me...so will probably purchase a few more. unjury chocolate. Splendor Protein, PB2, skim milk and ice in my Ninja! macman 603 Posted February 25, 2014 I happen to be a fan of shakes. I do like most of the Atkins products, I mostly used them during my liquid phase. Now I make my own with Protein powders. My NUT agrees that for me, starting the day with a Protein Shake is a good idea. Most days I am up and out of the house and on the road. Plus I like getting 30plus grams of protein early in the day.
