I am a retired federal employee living in Alsip on the south side, I had my surgery at Loyola University Medical Center two days before Christmas. DR. Chand did my surgery. puddinpie 1 Posted February 23, 2014 Hello & thank u for your respond I'm having it done at 1801 w Taylor street UIC what surgery did you have? And did you have to do a clear liquid diet b4 surgery? I have seen the nutrition lost a pound did blood work now I'm schedule to see a psych and I go back to see the nutrition after I see him she say I only see her twice. So my question is what next?
