2muchfun 8,927 Posted February 23, 2014 Being banded, recovery was quite easy for me. I went back to work in a few days. I do read where some struggle for up to 2 weeks but I think on average it's 5-7 days before we all felt like we were getting back to normal(considering we have 5 holes punched in our abdomen).
