This what my food schedule look like : Breakfast - oatmeal or boil egg or Greek yogurt Lunch- boneless chicken breast or can tuna and fresh fruit salad or vegetables and hummus or cup of Soup Dinner- bake fish, or chicken, or turkey with Steam vegetables Please help!!
