Ohio Girl 57 Posted February 20, 2014 I am NOT a huge meat eater so therefore I am lacking with my Protein. I also know that Protein Bars can be high in Carbs...any suggestions??
Corridor72 518 Posted February 20, 2014 Try Quest bars. They're awesome and they're low in carbs. Most of them are 160-170 calories each and 20 grams of Protein.< /p> 1 valarie kk reacted to this

Leepers 1,195 Posted February 20, 2014 I eat hard boiled eggs every day for Breakfast. Beans are high Protein. Peas, Broccoli, and spinach have good amounts of protein too. I love the Morning Star Farms Spicy Black Bean burgers. I spread a little hummus on them. Yummy. 2 chasingadream and RockinGal reacted to this
lisacaron 5,075 Posted February 20, 2014 There are also Protein shots you can take they are low in carbs and high in Protein, you can also look for soy protein and tofu. You want to find things that are going to help your band work and more solid protein. How about fish? 1 RockinGal reacted to this

Ohio Girl 57 Posted February 21, 2014 Scuba chic!!! What is that???
scubachick 58 Posted February 21, 2014 Scuba chic!!! What is that??? Lol! It's actually soybeans I think. They are green and the size of a large pinto bean. You can buy them in the pod or shelled, both in frozen food section. They are super high in Protein. I love them. Pictsweet brand has a microwaveable individual container that has them still in the Pod, sprinkled with sea salt. The container basically steams them in the microwave. I have bought the shelled ones before and steamed them too. Mmmmm yum.
