Shelley2014 3 Posted April 26, 2014 My surgery is April 28th at 10:30 am. I thought the day would never come! I'm having my procedure at University of Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. It was great to meet the others who are also having their procedures on the 28th at the pre-op appointment - - some of which was done as a group and some privately. Anyway, It did give us a chance to bond! 3 tebowfan, Froggy63 and WickedBeauty reacted to this

teacherlady2133 258 Posted April 27, 2014 I will say I never thought this day would arrive! Tomorrow surgery at Riverside in Columbus. Have to be there at 1:00pm surgery at 3:30pm. I am anxious and trying to not be consumed by my thoughts... I am so blessed to be able to receive this tool to help improve my life. Making this choice has changed me into someone different and I am glad. I have became an advocate for my own health and needs. Others around me don't always agree but that's is ok.. I know what I need to obtain my dreams. Good luck to everyone 2 Kookichu and jsc2 reacted to this

ReaRaes 49 Posted April 27, 2014 I am getting ready to leave the hospital shortly, just showered and got my street clothes on. They have to remove my staples and my iv then I am gone. It has been an awesome stay though. The nurses are fantastic.
