RJ'S/beginning 5,358 Posted February 20, 2014 I eat 3/4 of a cup of raisin bran every morning with lactose free milk.....It keeps me regular and so I don't count the carb intake as bad......Well I don't count carbs anyway. I eat a little of everything and the only thing I really worry about is Protein intake and Water consumption.... I try very hard not to turn this into another failed diet.....I have talked to my nut and she agrees. We have to live in the world we live in and denying ourselves foods can take us into a failure or another addiction..Obsession with food..... I chose healthier food now and eat a lot better. But Cereal is on my list for 2 reasons. I love the raisins and it keeps me regular...Otherwise the Constipation is far worse then a few extra carbs.. If I do eat carbs I try to eat complex....
