To eat about 4-6 sugar free popsicles post op?? My husband is worried bc they have a sugar substitute

sugar free Popsicles are on my approved food list. They were giving them to me in the hospital the day after my surgery. So you should be good!

Totally approved. The liquid intake trumps the sweetener. Those tropical Popsicles were a blessing the first week.

You need to add variety to your diet and those were something I really enjoyed! You can also make your own crystal light popscicles too!
