Stage 2: Mushy foods

I ate greek yogurt for Breakfast, refried Beans w/cheese or tuna for lunch and the same or some kind of Soup for dinner. I still had shakes as well. Scrambled eggs went down fine.

shakes, creamed Soups, scrambled eggs, refried Beans with 2% Fage (sour cream substitute) and lot's of egg drop Soup.< /p>

During Stage 2 I really couldn't eat much. The effort it took to cook was not worth it...I could only eat about 2 tablespoons at most.

I'm not hungry at all, but I don't feel a restriction when eating food ( yogurt, pudding, refried Beans etc). I'm keeping my calories between 500-800 and since being in stage two I haven't lost any weight. It's discouraging but I know it will get better. I know I'll start losing again... But it's still discouraging.
