Weight Training and Toning



Recommended Posts

Does anyone have any recommendations for weight training and toning regime. I want to prevent my skin from sagging, only been doing cardio, want to start weights tomorrow so I can start building an endurance to keep up after surgery, which is in a week!!!!! Super excited

My advice is pretty simple. Half squats and push ups from the knees. Keep adding more repetitions and sets. Do as many as you can. Do more the next time. 3-4 times a week.
