I want to prevent my skin from sagging, only been doing cardio, want to start weights tomorrow so I can start building an endurance to keep up after surgery, which is in a week!!!!! gmanbat 5,889 Posted February 18, 2014 My advice is pretty simple. Half squats and push ups from the knees. Keep adding more repetitions and sets. Do as many as you can. Do more the next time. 3-4 times a week. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
