Has anyone experienced Aetna Ins requirements? What hoops to jump through?

my reqs with them were.

40 bmi with no co morbids or under 40 with co morbids.

psych eval

3 months of nutritionist appts

ekg

blood work

because I didn't have any other issues other than pcos and insulin resistance I didn't

need any other tests.. best thing to do is call your center and have them look over your insurance and health history to get the best answer to this.
