Richard Foor 655 Posted February 18, 2014 O.k. so here is a new chicken recipe. Take a 4 oz chicken breast use a meat tenderizer hammer on it to make it thin and pliable. Take a chunk of Velveeta Queso Blanco cheese roll the chicken over the queso. Crush some corn chips, I use the Clancy's brand chips from Aldi's, coat the outside of the chicken with the corn chips. preheat the oven to 400 degrees, and cook for 20 minutes. The Relevant numbers are calories 184, Carbs 5, Protein 26, Sodium 602, Fat 5.
