imsexywhenimme 8 Posted February 17, 2014 Hi, I'm 9 weeks post op revision, I lost 25 lbs the first 2 weeks....that felt amazing!! 7 weeks, and not a single lb. down. I'm starting to feel very frustrated, any suggestions? Also, I add wheat germ into my yogurt daily, is that a mistake? Is it a free food?

How is that related?
Carlotta1 401 Posted February 18, 2014 Protein is very important for weight loss and keeping muscle mass while u lose weight. Your dr office or your nutritionist should have given u eating guidelines for continue weight loss success. Find out this info quickly ,,u need guidance of what and how much to eat. If your doc/ hospital where u had the surgery does not have this info...the internet has tons of info of what to eat..getting in enough protein is a key cimponent to continued weight loss after the sleeve, 2 Aline728 and imsexywhenimme reacted to this
