Memecita72 21 Posted February 17, 2014 June 27, 2013 Sleever! Down 70! But, I've not exercised consistently since late November and I've stayed the same weight, give or take 3 lbs. This cold weather, snow and ice have really messed me up. I'm not getting in as much Protein as I should, and I've averaging about 1100 - 1300 calories a day. I drink a lot of coffee and eat a lot of popcorn and almonds. #smh I know better, but for the most part, I eat what I want. Still have good restriction and I listen to it and don't push it. Unfortunately, my boobs are smaller and my boyfriend doesn't want me to lose anymore. I want to lose 20 more and I know I will once I hit the gym again. I was working out 2 x a day back in the summer, then THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS, SUPERBOWL and GIRL SCOUT COOKIE season hit. So glad the holidays are over and North Carolina is warming up now. dana7155 2 Posted February 20, 2014 I was done June 24 th I am down 82 lbs and stuck. I have 23 lbs till goal. I have also been slacking due to snow and ice. I know it's not an excuse it's just getting to the hard part. It has been so easy up until now. Now I feel like I am really gonna have to work for it. Any one else feel like that?
