Carlotta1 401 Posted February 17, 2014 Enjoy your stay in the hospital and let the nurses take care of you.. I was so restful in the hospital that I wanted to stay another day.v . If u do get anxious when u get to the hospital .ask for something to relax u. Ahhhhh. And most importantly stick to the eating protocol that was given to u, either by your doc office or nutritionist when u get home. Be patient with the process, Wishing u a speedy recovery. Mine recovery went so smooth, except for some Weakness and tiredness the first two weeks. 1 Bobbi McGhee reacted to this
BrantS1976 243 Posted February 17, 2014 Good luck and congrats on tomorrow, the first day of your new life. Follow the recovery instructions, and don't push it. If they tell you to get out and walk after surgery, do it. It really does help cut down on the pain. Also, don't be brave. Ask for pain and anti-nausea meds if you need them. 1 Bobbi McGhee reacted to this
Bobbi McGhee 17 Posted February 18, 2014 All went well. I'm in my room now, resting. No issues. Right now I'm dealing with a pretty bad sore throat and some upper gas pains. And I was nauseous a while ago, but I don't know of it was from the meds, the Soup, or the gas. Just trying to take small sips of Water to help my throat. Thank you for all the kind words and support! 2 BlondeBanshee and Jaime_Boston reacted to this
