DELILLIEFLOWER 13 Posted February 17, 2014 That's a good question I'm having my surgery on the 18th and I would like to know also.
pookybear 284 Posted February 17, 2014 That's a question best answered by your nutritionist. I was told to go with chewable. Not sure if the liquid contains everything we need.
KittyKat848 93 Posted February 17, 2014 I started with the liquid type but quickly moved to the chewable. I use Celebrate. I really like them.
DonnaMarie28 18 Posted February 17, 2014 I take 2 chewable Flinstones and it doesn't make me nauseous. Some I have tried made feel sick.
KittyKat848 93 Posted February 17, 2014 I love Flintstones. Sadly, however, they don't begin to meet the needs of post-bariatric surgery patients. I urge anyone using them post surgery to make sure they supplement with all that's missing.
terry1118 1,274 Posted February 17, 2014 Flintstones Complete is recommended by my team. All my labs have been perfect. There are differences in all programs. Everyone should take whatever their own doctor recommends and should be monitored to be sure they are getting all the nutrients they need for continued good health. DonnaMarie28 18 Posted February 17, 2014 Yes Flinstones complete is what my dr told me because others made me feel so sick. It has everything in it that was in the list of nutrients needed. I take 2 a day. But definitely listen to what ever your dr recommends.
