Stephannie 300 Posted February 16, 2014 Good Morning I love sharing my story Start wt-246Current-119Ive lost more than I currently weigh!!I'm in A size 2 and extra small tops. It's amazing. You would think after losing 127 lbs and having my sleeve for 14 months I would get used to the side by side but I still don't recognize myself. What was your starting weight and have you reached your goal? Do you work out? Sorry for the questions but you are very insipiring! I am 9 days post op and so WOW by your transformation! 2 kmo235 and AshleyMidwife reacted to this

CrazyJaney 775 Posted February 16, 2014 What was your exercise regime like?
Stephannie 300 Posted February 16, 2014 When I made the decision to have weightloss surgery it wasn't just to lose weight. I also wanted to gain back who I lost in those 246. part of that was letting go of the food and constantly remind myself I am way more worthy than a cheeseburger or chocolate shake. I deserve to enjoy what I want in moderation. I lost really fast and had most of my weight gone by 8 or 9 months. Again, I stopped focusing on food. I keep myself accountable and the second I feel out of control I confide in someone. I know that sounds weird but it's my way of reminding myself that I will NOT hide and eat after everyone goes to bed. Hope that helps. 2 smithpy and CrazyJaney reacted to this
Stephannie 300 Posted February 16, 2014 What was your exercise regime like? I hate this question mostly because I should have done things different but with a full time career, 5 children and no energy due to low caloric intake I never have exercised through this process. I do have a ton of skin but not sure exercising would have made that big of a difference. I have no regrets and I think If it's successful you're doing it the right way. 3 tiangcoj, AshleyMidwife and vdub_tx reacted to this

CrazyJaney 775 Posted February 22, 2014 I was educating my best friend about the surgery, showing her this site. She wanted to look at before and after pics. Yours is one of the best. You looked lovely, and very happy in your before picture, but you are radiant in your after pic. It is very inspirational for those of us heading into this.
