how long does it take for the stomach to heal completely...I am 23 days post op;;I still get some slight pain sometimes

I think everyone is different. I am a slow healer. So I know whatever estimate they give me to add a week or two. I wasn't given one though. Didn't even think to ask. Haha.

I had a c-section 16 months ago and still get random shooting pains in the scar from time to time.

It looks like jencovi answered it. Everyone heals at their own pace. Or maybe the pains are attributed to things you're eating or whatnot.

You will get better. Just take it slow.

I live in India.Our roads are terrible. the jerks while going to work and back are causing pain I think.Now I have reduced it.asking the driver to go very slow.
