kitch101 24 Posted February 14, 2014 I don't know whats changed but the last two days I have munched all through the day. Freaking me out! Normally only eat around 800-900 calories but today I have eaten over 1200! Even ate a half mini bag of popcorn! I'm getting between 60- 80 grams of protien daily, so its not that. Carlotta1 401 Posted February 14, 2014 You may feel stressed, tired, over worked, etc. Figure out how u feel mentally .that may help.. When I get really tired I get head hunger and want to grab something. Then I take the time to see how is my mental state . Once I identify that..I either slow down my life, rest, or deal with whatever is stressing me. I don't go to food to appease me when I analyze myself. Also , r u drinking water..check your hydration .. Is it your time of month? Don't knock yourself out for today's munching. Before I had surgery and was stressed,etc, I would binge and eat about 2,000 calories in one sitting over my regular caloric needs.. habsi 25 Posted July 22, 2014 i munch all day too!! im really upset with myself, im doing well on exercise and im not eating carbs and im trying to make healthy choices when i eat..
