My wife bought me a custom-made suit as an early birthday gift and it fits me perfectly. The first photo was taken on our wedding day 11 years ago and the other two were taken yesterday with the new suit.

Down 90lbs from 230 to 141. Not quite at 18 month mark yet and still losing weight but sloooooowly. I would like to lose 6-11 more. Down from XXX to M clothes! You all look fabulous! I love seeing people’s before and after. Pictures like these were one of the biggest influences on whether or not to have sleeve surgery! Thank you to all for your inspiration!!!!

I had VSG on 4-11-2024 I came a long way and everyday is a struggle. The biggest win is movement ever since surgery I do about 5 miles that helped accelerate the journey in my opinion. Getting enough Protein and Veggies is the key:

I haven't had any plastic surgery done. There is some saggy skin and my breasts are.. well, ladies you know. But otherwise, I am 150% happy with the results I am so thankful for the opportunity to have had this procedure. It has completely changed my life!
