Hello all. This is my first post. I just wanted to say HI. Just a few basics about me. Starting weight 475 plus???? Two week prep starting weight 475. Surgery weight 450. Surgery date 1/29/2014. Two week post op appointment weight 420.

I have been reading lots of good information here. Glad this site exists.

My surgery date is very close to yours...I was sleeved on 1/27. So how are you adjusting to everything? Hope all is well!!
