Jaime_Boston 44 Posted March 23, 2014 I'm 10 days post op so doing puréed (yogurt, pudding, puréed soup). I don't want to whine but I'm so damn sick of liquids! My surgeon considers yogurts and puddings on his "liquids" list. 1 CDP1965 reacted to this

Magician44 15 Posted March 25, 2014 March 19 and 5 days post op. I'm on a full liquid diet ( which means I can't eat blended Soups, Popsicles, drinking yogurt , etc). I have had my rough days, but I'm getting better. I have lost 9 pounds since surgery and I'm getting better everyday. :-) 2 Jaime_Boston and CDP1965 reacted to this
Jaime_Boston 44 Posted March 25, 2014 So Water is so key, but for post op - is anyone continually sipping a bottle of water all day? I feel like this is the most effective way to keep hydrated but I have a fear of over filling the pouch - but should be hard to do with water.... Any thoughts. ??? Magician44 15 Posted March 25, 2014 What nutritionist suggested me it's to drink liquids every hour and time myself for 15 mins. Usually, I can drink 5-7 sips of Water during that time.
