I didn't really notice any difference in time for it to take effect or potency vs before. All I have to say is since I have lost over 70 lbs my need to take it has decreased significantly. More erections more often and I can go numerous times in one day easily. Stamina will improve with weight loss, regular workouts and a good diet.

In the United States it’s a prescription medication so your doctor or some online “doctor” are your only choices. Just ask him or her. People in UK are lucky because they can get pills like that easily. In USA it is a little bit harder and that is annoying. I managed to bypass this by buying high quality kamagra for ED online.
