Hi,Its been 19 days today...but yesterday was rather hectic, and I noticed I had been sitting for almost 9 hrs...comtinously.

today I am having slight pain and swelling...does anyone have this...

Sounds like you just sat too much. I have had that problem when I ddin't move, especially in the 1st few days. Best wishes.

thanks . I too think the same...today I rested and am better....walk sit,walk rest that should be it!!

It is recommended to slow walk for 5-10 minutes between hours. This little exercise is actually quite helpful post op.
