parisshel 1,892 Posted February 11, 2014 Halibut, salmon, tuna, endive (because I can cut it up small and my band tolerates it better than lettuce leaves), yogurt, apple slices or mandarin orange slices, almonds or other nuts, coffee with soy milk (morning), melba toast (morning).
