rmubvashrink 57 Posted February 11, 2014 Hahaha let the clients motivate you, don't get all in to the compliment just be like, yeah I'm working on it, 25 to go, keep away from the miserable scale, it sounds like you need to try something different, maybe increase to 1500 calories, for two weeks, then drop to 900, your body us a regulator, it always wants to regulate itself.
