I've noticed that all surgeons have different 'rules and regs' but I would think that as long as it is SF, high Protein and low fat you should be fine.

When I was on Protein Shakes after band, I used Jillian Michaels brand and added in some SF pudding for taste. Still could barely get it down. Now after switching to the sleeve, I can't even stomach the smell of Protein shakes. I opt for Boost instead.
