Breakfast suggestions

Some of these breakfasts are heavy. I can't eat much in the morning. Never have been able to. Congrats to all of you who can do that.. i wish I could but I can't.. i have to stick to Cereal and get Protein the rest of the day..... :)

Maybe 3x a week I will have 1 egg and 1 pc of bacon, 3x a week is Grape Nuts with 1/3 of a banana and 1x a week Ill eat some oatmeal with maple Syrup.< /p>
