dwhitten 2 Posted February 9, 2014 I had my surgery on August 22, 2013. I started at 349 day of surgery and am in the 260s now. I have been rocking between 260-280 for 3 months now with nothing working. I am eating the suggested portion sizes, getting Protein and going to gym 5 days a week. What is going on? Tiny One 223 Posted February 9, 2014 What about your Water? Are you drinking enough? Also, what are you doing at the gym? If you've been doing the same routine, you may need to change it up.
