It is what I anticipated (2lbs loss a week), but last Tuesday, I had already lost those 2 lbs, so it's like I haven't moved at all since Tuesday. :-/ I am grateful to still be losing... nomytx 76 Posted February 24, 2014 I am sad to say ....I weighed myself this morning and i am weighing in at 218. I gained a pound. A friend of mine told me that it happens, not to get discouraged ...to late. I am trying to be positive. Starting a fresh start. I went to see my nutritionist last week and she scolded me and scolded me good for not meeting my intake of 70g of Protein. Telling that not taking in the protein requirements could slow me down in losing weight. So i started drinking shakes again ( faithfully) and now i gained a darn pound. snochick2005 172 Posted February 25, 2014 To my shock and awe this morning I stepped on the scale into ONEDERLAND!!! This has been a very odd week to say the least! I have had serious issues with all week with what we will call regularity. Yesterday I had my first gallbladder attack. Let just say not fun and I wouldn't wish on anyone! 2/17- 205 Today- 198.5 Not only am I in Onderland, but I am also no longer obese... I am simply overweight. Its funny to say, but I have wanted to be simply overweight for a really long time!! Good luck to everyone!
