Although this is the 1st goal I've reached, all this snow is really not helping me. The more snow days I have at home allow me more time/access to more food I wouldn't normally have at work!! I want to b 190 or less, as well as get my batwings under control and tightened up. I figure I cud take a b4 pic and then the after each week or report the inches lost from my arms. If this is too complicated, I can stick with just the weight, thx. ..I look forward to joining u all, st. Pattys day is my favorite, mostly bc green is my favorite color. Thx Bea gla!
