I've read several posts that indicate that Splenda slows or stops weight loss. Is this true of all artificial sweeteners? Or something special about Splenda?

I have heard that artificial sweetners can slow weight loss but never heard it about Splenda. My Surgeon recommends only Splenda or Stevia.

OMG stevia is awful... for the little sweetener that I do use, I use agave.

I had a terrible reaction to Splenda. Be careful, it could cause heart palpitations and anxiety. I ended up in the Emergency Room thinking I was having a heart attack!!

OK ive lost 200lbs in 9+ months. I drink 60 ounces of crystal light per day minimum.. It doesnt slow weight as far as i am concerned.
