I catch myself doing it now lol! I tell people it's how I measure progress. We have worked hard and it's an incredible journey so we have to Celebrate even with what use to call the "shameless selfie" lol!

Ok here is another one to add to Selfies fro me I just noticed how smaller my face is and I have a neck , also I do notice the gobbler has marks from where the fat , yes I said it from my triple chins used to be.

Ok I don't know if this is on the lapband site becase I am using my phone ,some one make a comment that hasn't seen me in a couple of months I don't feel like I have lost any more ,but the inches are definitely coming off I can tell by my clothes.
