skinny_minnie_wannabe 30 Posted February 7, 2014 Hrmmm. That is something new. I know my dietitian said no gummies but maybe those are different? Plus every surgeon is different. I take Bariatric Fusion Multi. They are chewable tablets and I take chewable Calcium plus d. Contact your doctor just in case.

Baconville 578 Posted February 8, 2014 gummy vitamins do not contain Iron. The pharmaceutical companies have not been able to put iron in a Gummy. chewables contain iron. It is very important that we get enough iron. Low iron can cause many problems, including anemia.
2biglamb 65 Posted February 8, 2014 We are told pre natal Vitamins are the best for us after surgery. Both male and females are told to take them. Not sure if this is just a Canadian advisement. Very affordable!
