Roro714 0 Posted February 6, 2014 Hi, I am two months out and a little discouraged. My weight loss has stalled. I can't seem to get enough Protein or Fluid. I don't have much energy. It's been really hard to get through the day at work. I would like to find a buddy to help me understand what I need to do to get better. Thanks. Christian Zaccone 243 Posted February 6, 2014 BETTER THAN GAINING!! LOL. Your going to have stalls. SImple as that.. They last 2-4 weeks. Add more Water. Change up exercise routine and push it a little bit more. If you read my story. Ive lost almost 200 lbs in 9 months. 7 months post surgery,, I have had 2 stalls. in that 7 months.
