prznrn135 0 Posted February 6, 2014 I think it depends on the person. I had been regular for a while but now I go like twice a week. I feel fine with that. .. not much going in anymore.
FitnFabfor2014 358 Posted February 6, 2014 I was going every day (prior to surgery), but now at 4 weeks it's more like every 3 days. I used to go like clockwork. I know it will be normal in time, but in the mean time I am going to take milk of magnesium tonight. It's definitely not comfortable to me .
gomekast 559 Posted February 6, 2014 Pre surgery I was very regular. Post op for weeks I was going every 4 days. Until I added back in a little salad at week 14. Now I'm regular again.

I can't wait for salads and "normal vegetables"....ooh that's what I dream of.
gomekast 559 Posted February 6, 2014 I can't wait for salads and "normal vegetables"....ooh that's what I dream of. Oh, salad for me now is like a decadent treat! Add a little thousand island Walden Farms natural sugar/carb free dressing. Its still everything I hoped for! 2 ElyQuint and FitnFabfor2014 reacted to this
lsereno 2,525 Posted February 6, 2014 Before I could eat enough to get in Protein and Fiber, I had to rely on Colace fairly often. And I drank Metamucil to add Fiber. Lynda
bianchd 4 Posted March 5, 2014 I had my sleeve done Feb 20 and I eat some pureed prunes for Breakfast every morning. It seems to be doing the trick.
