I am pre-op and I just ordered some Protein Shakes to try out but I'm wondering if this brand is ok for post-op

If you mean the ones with 9 grams of Protein, they wouldn't meet my program's requirements as that is way too low.

Yes you want to find shakes with at least 20 grams of Protein per serving.

Yep, I agree. With the sleeve's limited space, I screen what goes in very closely. And the highest in Protein gets priority.

Thank you all, maybe I can add it to a higher Protein this stuff was not cheap
