RJ'S/beginning 5,358 Posted February 5, 2014 Today was the first workout with my trainer...He did core exercises and showed me some sitting and stretching positions to stretch and build my core. I was sore but at the end burning and sweating..I think I mentioned that I am not good at sweating....Me no likey! Anyway, toward the end i had to lay down on the floor and do some work called a bridge with my knees and back...I did that several times and then he re-positioned my sacrum back to normal by pushing on my legs and it felt good....The strain was relieved...and I felt better. The interesting part was when he helped me get up...i told him that I get up funny and he said no you won't. He told me to bend my knees and reach out for his hand. I did that and he pulled me up without any effort... I went "OMG I can't believe that you did that. " He said," why?" I said, "because I am too big." And he said, " you are still thinking with your big head." I was blown away!!
