You can do a can of Campbell's chicken noodle Soup and use a strainer for the noodles and chunks of chicken. Sometimes cambpell's just tasted better to me.

You can, but it is high in sodium. I like to simmer some plain chicken broth with dried rosemary and thyme and then stir in a smidge of Better than Bouillon. It is so savory and delicious.

Yes, I did with nor problems. Also the B) Ramen noodle broth is good...but like it was stated above - WATCH the sodium intake.

Welcome to your NEW life style!!! :)))

powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury makes a savory chicken broth/powder that is low in sodium (made for bariatrics)... soon you should be able to do an egg drop in it that may make it more enjoyable for you

make your own!

you know whats in it much more flavour not a load of salt and other additives plus the veg and meat you use to boil up for the Soup broth you can blend up section off and freeze for the later stages in your diet.

that's what I did bar Tomato Soup that I got from a can lol

if anyone reading has no idea how to make a soup or broth/stock for soup its pretty easy put a whole chicken in a pot of Water add onions leaks you can add vegetable stock cubes/granules for extra flavour bring to boil then simmer for at least a hour.

strain off the liquid that's your chicken stock/broth.

if your going on to make soup you put the stock back in the pot strip the meat off the bone take all the skin and crap out put the meat back in add whatever veg you want put the leaks and onion back in add more and simmer that for another 45mins or so to cook all the veg.

you can serve as is or blend it all up for a pureed soup done!

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
