lapnicky 39 Posted February 4, 2014 I will be sleeved on 2/10. Just curious if anyone does these Protein Shakes or familiar with them?? My friend sells them and I hear they taste amazing. 7 Bites_Jen 479 Posted February 6, 2014 I have several good friends that sell Shakeology. If you can tolerate and afford it, it's a great product. It's more of a diet supplement than a Meal Replacement, honestly, though. I can't tolerate the shakes, sadly. I would think you would probably be able to drink about 1/2 at a time - but I don't know how well it keeps after that so if you do buy it it might be feasible to buy it by the bag rather than the packets - you can do a half serving at a time and make it go further.
