I posted the link to the you tube how to video below. -I substituted 1 head of caulitflower rice instead of reagular rice but that is because I wanted to keep it low carb. -Instead of chicken I used 1 package of tofu. -Intead of the fish sause I used Dark Mushroom soy sause. -Also I couldnt find thai basil but did find fresh basil and it work out just fine. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dl4NvSA3hRI It made 7 cups and each cup is about 57 calories < 1 gram of fat 7 carbs 4 Protein 4 sugar 575 sodium Edited February 4, 2014 by hatters Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
